How about the INCREDIBLE amount of  artistic talent!   You name it, we've got it!  
costumes,  stained glass, leatherwork, bardic performance, music, calligraphy, brewing(yeah!),  research, illumination, dance, weaving, FOOD (a moment of reverent silence for the food guilds please),  goofy people (hey - it takes a lot of skill to be truly goofy).
