 laws.

The proposed laws currently would establish a system in which each
outgoing Coronet would invest the incoming one. The investing would
officially end one reign and begin the next.

The comment concerned the degree of separation that might create between
a Principality and it mother Kingdom. Could we not arrange for the
Crown to invest each successive Coronet.

There are pros and cons to each side. I'll insert our reasoning for
settling on our proposal if no one else voices it. Otherwise, I'd like
to sit back and get a feel for strength of feeling in this question. >>

I'd definitely prefer to have the Crown invest the next Coronet
Prince.....but, there is a point of diminishing returns. As of now, only one
principality is proposed, so that makes it no problem. However, what if it
becomes two.....three....four......five....or more? At what point would it
become a logistical nightmare?

Just thought I'd throw that one out. At this point, letting the Crown do it
is both practical and sentimental. We are still Ansteorra, and I don't forsee
us wanting to think about becoming a separate kingdom in the perceivable
future. No, this alternate plan would probably be preferable, and makes good
sense at this point.
