[Spit-project] Cooking class rehearsal?

My setup should be arriving from the West Coast in the next four weeks or
so.  When it gets here I'll put it up and take some photos.  It's a variant
on Scappi's but has a raised hearth platform where the fire sits so that it
conforms to West Kingdom fire regulations.  I used to like moving, but that
was back when we didn't have so much *stuff*.
