Gunthar,

What kind of clay do you want and I can start lining a source up for the class at King's College.

I'll try to make it out. We'll get some birds and such and head out
if possible. I will definately let you know more ahead of time.

If I can't find the proper clay for the Game Hens I may just make a
salt crust which will perform a similar service. But I will check out some
art stores first and read ingredient lists.

Groovy. And feed our camps on the results of our experiments.

Anyone else planning on trying some new techniques for outdoor cooking?
Any inspiration?
