[Steppes] New rider

Actually, I have a list of the newcomers that we have been corresponding
with for the last few years. I can look through them all and see which one
in Mesquite it is. There were at least 3 that I can recall. I do know that
the owners of the Mesquite Rodeo grounds two years ago wanted us to come out
and do an equestrian demo but I am not sure if the owners have changed
hands. Can you give me a time frame?
