[Steppes] 12th Night

On our online calendar, http://www.steppes.org/dates.html, we have the
following listed:

August 2001
7 - Business Meeting
Oaks Meeting
11 - Steppes Artisan
23 - Populace Meeting (OPEN)
Open bids for 12th Night

Bids close in October. So it will be after Pennsic before the decision is
made on who will have the event. As to why it is not on the Kingdom calendar
someone else will have to answer that one. :)

I thought perpetual events such as this were too far in advance to freeze
the date unless the rules of the calendar have changed.
