Greetings Central Region!

  I am Centurion Almarr Bjarnklo av Kiersted.  Most of you know me, some do
not.  I have been appointed the Siege Weapons commander for the next 2 years.
It is a great honor to serve you, the Kingdom in such a position.

  I have made a Central regional Lieutenant, this will be Lord Lothar
Wildeharr from house Archam.  Please support him in our efforts.
