[Steppes] Sunday fighter practice

1) Chiara is correct. We can ride the horses at Flagpole hill and bring the
toys, it doesn't need to be an official practice for us to play the games. I
did tell Sir Miguel that we would come with the horses. Ashia and I are
already there when we have free weekends.

2) I didn't pay her, honest.

Two pros for moving it back to Flag Pole hill:
1) Equestrian practice is allowed there.
2) We will be closer to the Archery field.

These are two things we currently do not have and we would benefit from a
closer union with the rest of our strong, hard working, and beautiful
fighting forces. :)

Negatives:
1) Everyone will want to ride the horses.
2) They may take away the attention from the light and heavy fighters.
