The preferred date is to have what you are wanting in the next months' issue
to me by the 20th of the month. This gives me about 5 days to work it into
the format before I go to print. The *last* day I can accept anything for
that month's issue is the 25th (except January; due to christmas it won't be
mailed till the 26th).

For November, I need anything you are willing to give ASAP :) For December,
I'd prefer things by the 19th because of the holiday.
