[Steppes] a question and a point

I've always found it easier to assume a person asked a question in the best
light rather than the worst.  I can always change my opinion later if I'm
wrong.

Question:  A few days a go, Karolus sent a long list of questions to the
list for the B&B Candidates.  I was wondering, did they choose to answer
those questions privately?  I'm keenly interested in the answers as well.
