[Steppes] Dance at Populace

I miss dancing.  It was one of the first things I learned in the Society. I
think it's a great idea for those who want to participate in the gentler arts. 
However, please don't ask our Seneschal to take part.  I think he broke
someone's ankle once. LoL  That being said, I would be glad to dance if one of
you handsome fellows would be my partner.  Oh, and I have been to Lord Hubert's
home, we will probably need to bring some extra lighting if we dance outside. 
Otherwise, he has a huge, bare living room apart from the den/kitchen area.
