[Steppes] New Commer

Hello, Heidi.
Though the last Steppes event I attended was Warlord XXX, I can tell you as
one who played there (many moon ago, albeit) that there are worse places to
be. The Steppes is big, but that means there are just that many more
oportunities to get to know people. Bardic and dancing? Lady, you hit the
jackpot! The Steppes is the home of the Babe Ruth of Bards, HE Robin of
Gilwell. Duke Miguel Sebastien DeOporto is also well-versed in the bardic
arts, so you've no shortage of resources.
It's a special place, indeed. Welcome!
