[Steppes] Twelfth Night traditions

There are actually several categories of garb competition at Twelfth Night

Male and Female garb for the event 'Theme"
Male and Female early period garb
Male and Female late period garb
Children's garb

Some years there has been a sublety contest but that is not common.
Every year of course there is the table decorating contest.
Lately there has been the tabletop siege weapon competion but that is 
certainly a recent addition.
