[Steppes] Twelfth Night -- major decision in front of us.

Oh, an explanation is due of why I think it would be a bad idea to combine 
Artisan with another event.  Those of us who judge would literally have no time 
to do ANYTHING else at the event.  It has become a real challenge at a 
mono-focused event to judge all the entrants; I cannot imagine trying to do so at 
12th Night!  There are too many of our artisans who have other obligations and 
other responsibilities at 12th Night who would either have to make a choice as 
to whether to judge and fulfill our duty as Artisans, or do anything else at 
the event.  Not a choice I would like to have to make!
