[Steppes] Steppes Events some thoughts from an outsider

Some humble opinions from a person in another barony.

Steppes Warlord is a key event for the barony and the kingdom and adding
one more competition ( like artisan) would break the back of all your
future nobility and many of your core workers. 

Steppes Artisan is truly unique to Steppes and merging this competition
with another event would hurt not only the completion, but the level of
judging, and special feel this event has. Keep steppes artisan.

Twelfth night is an important event for the barony and the kingdom much
like warlord. However, twelfth night has had and does have people
outside the barony help and even cook the feast at times.

A modest proposal would be to make steppes twelfth night, just twelfth
night, turn this into a regional twelfth night ( which it really already
is now anyway). Turning this into a regional event acknowledges what the
event already is and would allow the work, the expense and the knowledge
of working at this type of event to be shared with a large cross section
of people from across the kingdom. Steppes would initially take the
lead, but as time goes on a cross section of volunteers would come
forward to work and learn from the event.
