[Steppes] Insignia

The responsibility for insignia belongs to Scribes rather than Heralds, presumably because the insignia is usually awarded along with a scroll.
   
  H.L. John Lightfoot, Ansteorran Insignia Deputy, in his class at the fiber arts symposium two weeks ago, showed us a wonderful chart with clear pictures and descriptions of most of the insignia.  He intended to post it on the scribal website http://scribe.ansteorra.org.  As of today when I checked it, he had not done so.  The insignia portion of the site states that it is under construction.  
   
  I have emailed him ( insignia at ansteorra.org ) asking for a direct forward of the chart, and if he sends it to me, I will forward it to anyone who wants it.
