[Steppes] Steppes artisan and calender

Lady Stephanie,

While I don't disagree with your point about Artisan's proximity to LPT,
I'd like to point out that our Warlord event is Memorial Day weekend
(end of May/beginning of June). For us in the barony, there was barely
enough breathing room between events as it was. In addition, this year
Steppes hosted King's College on the 14th of June, which made for even
more tired worker bees and less recovery between events.

I personally don't think that Artisan could be moved any earlier on the
calendar. I wish I could offer another possible solution, but in my
opinion it's about where it fits best for our Barony.

Also, I am counting that Artisan is 4 weeks before LPT this year, not 3.
Not that that changes much.
