[Steppes] Heavy Fighter Practice Cancelled

Greetings all,

Due to lack of attendance, I am temporarily suspending Tuesday night
Chivalric practices until after Gulf War.  I'd like to get some feedback
from the fighters as to whether or not we want to continue to hold this
