[Steppes] Regional war practice

Michael,

Thanks for your long service and regular help at the Steppes Sunday
Fighter Practices. You are always out there and I appreciate it. In
fact,  I thought I saw you practicing in your combat archery gear out
at the site a couple of weeks ago.

I believe this is a regional activity, not a Steppes event. Now if you
know something I don't about official Steppes responsibility on Sunday
at 10 am, let me know so we can clarify. As far as I'm concerned, this
is a regional practice and while Steppes folks are encouraged to
attend, Steppes has no "official" responsibility in terms of waivers,
etc.

The person in charge of the practice determines what activities are
held, and at this point - as far as I know - that is not up to the
Steppes.

PS To the regional marshals:  I hope you gave a good turn out. Just
one note 10 am on Sundays is usually when Steppes has target archery
practice though not this week. That might make it hard in future for
any of them to come participate. However I know how hard it can be to
find a time that suits everyone. Please contact me if you need
anything from me.
