[Steppes] Regional war practice

Heilsa,

Yes, I was out there applying my merge skill as a combat archer upon a
stationary, metal object as a reference in space.

I am a Marshal, a Marshal-at-Large for Chivalric and Missile, so if I
heard of an event or go to an event and there is a need for a Marshal. I
step up to the plate. I am representing myself as a Marshal-at-Large.
This is what it means about being a Marshal-at-Large.

Such events as Gothic Wars, 3 Kings, BAM, Gulf Wars, etc... are good
examples of Regional and/or Kingdom level events that ask for and accept
both Official Marshals and Marshals-at-Large that reside outside of the
events locations. In other words, a good many of these of events would
not be held without such individuals willing to step up.

From very the tone of your words, you are implying that no one should
ever step up to assist in any events other than those that are local.
Thus allowing a good many events to died, which includes Steppes
Warlord, since a good many Marshals that step up to lend their skill,
experience and wisdom and more importantly their time to ensure the
event is an success, are outside of Steppes itself.

If you disapprove of such individuals stepping to volunteer their skill,
experience and wisdom in to support, to lend aid, and assist to ensure a
event, regardless of location, becomes a success. A question must be
ask: 'Why are you a sensechal?'

This attitude defeats the whole purpose of Service!

While we won't be able to shoot at site we will be going over foot movement as well as battle theory, eyes on the fight and getting to know each other. Even if you don't have armor yet please stop by if interested in war fighting.
