The wisdom i have always used is if you hold it in the spot there you want the handle to be then the tip should not touch the ground. I am 6 foor and i think my sword has around a 36" blade or is over all 36". i cant remember off the top of my head. Giustiniano Benintendi Squire to Duke Miguel
