[Steppes] Steppes pavilion will *NOT* be at QC

[Baron of the Steppes]

Normally, G and I bring the baronial pavilion to major events (like
Queen's Champion this weekend), but I am driving down in my little
Civic, which could not carry the pavilion, much less the poles. =)

So there will be no green and yellow for Steppes folks to gather under
this weekend. My apologies to any who were planning on being in that
space. We'll just have to get friendly with our neighbors. =)
