an authorized thrown weapons marshal, Isaac Bane can get you authorized.

Requirements

Quarterly reports

Monthly submissions to the Choniclar for the newsletter

Attend Officers and Populace meetings

Hold practices on a regular basis

Ensure the safety of the range

Maintain the targets and loaner gear

Get authorized as a Thrown weapons marshall
