[Ansteorra-announce] Round Table Site Directions and Hotels

Greetings all who plan to attend Round Table.

We will be meeting at the University of Texas Arlington in Pickard Hall
(building 24).  Pickard Hall is on the Northwest corner of S. Nedderman Dr.
and S. West St. in Arlington, TX.  All meeting rooms will be on the first
floor.

Site opens at 8:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm.

There is no site fee.  Food may be available for lunch, if you do not want
to leave site.  No alcohol or weapons of any kind are allowed. No smoking
inside buildings. Modern clothing is generally worn for this event.

Please be respectful of UTA students and staff.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  They may also
attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor
Event Form from the parents.
