[Ansteorra-announce] Black Star submission deadline for August issue

Unto the good folk of Ansteorra come greetings from the Kingdom
Chronicler,
As carried by his messenger, Michael Silverhands:

All submissions for the August Black Star are due, as usual, at the end
of June. However, this month due to other obligations, NO late
submissions will be accepted. If a submission - be it an officer's
report, a notice, an event announcement, or anything else - is not in
Lord Stephen's hands by July 1, it will not be published in the August
Black Star.

He expresses regret if this causes inconvenience for any one, but it
cannot be helped this month.
