Here's a few more departments in need of volunteers,

Volunteers for the live weapons range will need to be an authorized
live weapons line marshal in their kingdom.
They will be responsible for range safety, keeping scores, range
safety, range cleanliness, range safety.

Recycling:
Set up bins (with trash bags), post signs by Monday
Check bins every day, replace bags as necessary
Collect everything on Sunday, return bins, signs, etc. to storage on
Sunday.
Sunday - take all cans offsite to be recycled (this can happen in more than
one trip during the week

I have full staff for this year, but if anybody wants to see how it's done,
up close and personal, see me on site.

Equestrian Volunteers:
Help ground crew in the arenas.  Volunteers that have not helped in the
equestrian area before will be given a quick course on safety around horses.
 Also covered will be the procedures on what to do such as reset the course,
hand weapons to riders, and/or timing/scoring.  However, no one will be
asked to get close to the horses if they don't want too.

Any equestrian Marshal or marshal-in-training will be welcomed to help in a
marshaling capacity.
