[Ansteorra-announce] Loch Guardian - Fun Rapier Tourney

Hi!

This is to announce that we will be having rapier fighting at Loch
Guardian.  Though Loch Soilleir will not be choosing our Rapier Champion
(that happens in the fall at Tourney by the Loch), we love our rapier
fighters too much to be without them at Loch Guardian.  It will be a fun
rapier tourney, run by our Rapier Champion, Don Iago.  For more
