[Ansteorra-announce] authorized fighters and waivers

Time for a friendly reminder.  I've had several Seneschals note on their 
monthly report that no waivers were collected at fighter practice 
because all the participants were authorized.  Authorization has nothing 
to do with waivers.  The determining factor is a blue (not white) 
membership card.  Participants not having a blue membership card are to 
sign the waiver at each practice attended.
