Easter Week is EASY; that's the week AFTER Easter, and we're feasting on our new cheeses, fresh meats, & egg dishes.  It's Passiontide (the week BEFORE Easter) that's hard!

And that's what would break me. No cheese for my burrito, mayo for  
sandwich, butter for toast. And most importantly, no milk for my tea! And  
you really don't want me to go without my tea- that's a public safety issue!

I might be able to do Easter Week though. Have to think about that.
