[Sca-cooks] Pots and Pans

If I have the "wherewithall", my favorites run to Calphalon and le Crueset...I've got pans from both companies that are many, many years old.  However, I still have deep abiding faith in my old cast-iron skillet and my wok, both of which never see a single spot of soap, which would spoil the aging!
