I don't think any of our members fish, actually.  And I believe there 
are pretty good limits to what one can catch and keep.  A lot of the 
trout fishing I hear of seems to be catch-and-release.
Sure would make a lovely addition to a feast, though! You're quite right 
about that! ;-)
