so i make a comment about knowing of people who are doing 
research and work on how chickens were raised and what 
breeds, etc. in the middle ages as a throwaway line at a 
demo.  i was referring to the less known types of research 
and interest, as opposed to fighting, sewing, brewing, 
etc...

what do the kids ask about during the Q and A? 
 chickens!!!!!!

sigh... a little knowlege is a dangerous thing.....
