[Sca-cooks] Cinnamon question

I could see where cornstarch might be used to prevent clumping, but I doubt 
the claim that commercial ground cinnamon contains cornstarch.  I've never 
heard of the practice.  Since all commercial food products in the US are 
required to to list the ingredients on the package, just take a look in the 
spice rack at your local market.
