[Sca-cooks] Cinnamon question

While the US does allow cassia to be labeled as cinnamon, I'm pretty 
sure that the FDA wouldn't allow corn starch to be added without it 
being on the ingredients list.

If this were true, wouldn't it keep commercial cinnamon from being 
marked as kosher?
