Shoshona, yes, this is the first year in ages I am NOT cooking anything for 12th night, so I can actually make gifties to give.
Cailte, I do have gold lustre dust and was thinking of that as well (and yes, your cookies sound purrdy! Ok so the consensus is a dry, with a bit of clear booze (or brandy) and paint. (good cause I already have oranges shaped, and a few pears; apples and lemons next...)
Kiri, thanks but Im not having issues with it sticking at all, on the contrary. but the oil is wrong, it should NOT be oily.
Margret, WOW those are amazing. ooo pomegrantates! I soo wanna play.
So what is this glaze for? Are they still edible?
