i couldn't agree more.   in one show, i was hooked. 8)

yeah, film siege cooking or a major feast, but not a bbq 
competition (tho i love bbq)

i saw a paula dean show yesterday that had a cook and 
historian from old williamsburg cooking in a fireplace 
with paula.  very interesting.  pretty modern, but 
interesting.
