Oh dear, if I had ever worked with Eggplant, I would have offered you
some, but I cannot think of the last time I cooked it. What I have
mentioned in the past was having made fried okra for Jared when we were
married, thus is the depth of my devotion. Happily I have not had to
touch that slimy stuff either since the divorce. New man has not asked
me to cook anything scary... yet. I don't think I'm going to discuss
Aeduin's "sea cucumber" comment with him anytime soon. ;-O

I wonder what Baroness Megwyn did to make eggplant acceptable to you? I
should have liked to try it too.

Fondly,
Selene

My mother's attempts were hideous and I have been given bites from several restaurants' eggplant parmesan, which were equally bad. Selene has talked about making eggplant dishes, but I have never been offered any from her. I would at least taste them because I enjoy her cooking. And, if I should ever be so blessed by meeting Adamantius, I am sure that I would at least taste his, but otherwise it is another item that I avoid because it usually tastes so bad.
