[Sca-cooks] amounts of food per person

When I do a feast, I usually try for 12 dishes (including each serving of
bread as a dish) with prepared portions of 3 or 4 ounces each. Dishes are
balanced to cover as many differences in palates as possible. I've found
that activity at an event increases most people's appetite, but that 2 1/2
to 3 pounds of food per person is more than enough.

We've been over this in great detail several times before, so their should
be something in the Florilegium.
