[Sca-cooks] Advice on marketing a book

The second proof of _How to Milk an Almond, Stuff an Egg, and Armor a 
Turnip: a Thousand Years of recipes_ has just come back; I haven't 
gone over it in detail but it looks fine, so I expect the book will 
be available on CreateSpace and at Amazon fairly soon.

I would like to send review copies to places likely to review it. 
T.I. is one obvious target. Can people suggest others?
