You might ask or poll at a few events and see what people want and  
would be willing to pay.
It's all well and good to supply something other than what is  
currently available but if no one
is going to buy it, well then...
Also will the autocrats approve of more than one lunch tavern being  
offered at an event? What about food handling licenses, etc?
