[Sca-cooks] Ambargris Pudding & Other Perfumed Foods

True ambergris is banned from use in the US, as it is an animal product from
species that are federally protected under the Endangered Species
Conservation Act of 1969 and the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972.

That said, it's commercially harvested in other parts of the world, so I
have no idea about its use in England.
