[Sca-cooks] cultural context

These are wonderful, thank you all so much! I've ILL'd
Culinaria:Spain; Regional Cuisines of Medieval Europe; The Food of
Spain; and the Disciplina Clericalis translation. That's a good
stopping point for a first batch, but I'm already making notes for a
second round!

The Food of Spain looks to be the same Claudia Roden who did The New
Book of Middle Eastern Food, which I own and adore; and Regional
Cuisines has been on my to-read list for a while anyway.
