[Sca-cooks] clementine and rose

<<< I've made 2 dozen half-pints and a dozen pints of grapefruit and
grapefruit + something else (clementine, vanilla, lemon)  marmalade
this year so far.  And 6 tiny 4-oz jars of clementine and rose. And I
have blood oranges and pink navel oranges waiting to be marmaladed
because I need more jars.

Did you use rose hips? Or rose petals? or a rose oil/water in your  
"clementine and rose" marmalade?
