[Spit-Project] Teaching a Class as the West Cooks Collegium

Greetings fellow Spit-Projecteers,

I was asked to teach a class on cooking over open
fire.  I am compiling illuminations and documentation
on fire pits and how they were constructed and used.

Does anyone have any experiences they would like to
share so that I may share them as well (if you don't
mind being mentioned as the source), or any pictures
(besides the ones on the group site).
