Speaking of which, I got a charcoal smoker at a garage sale last year.
Anyone know how to use it?

I definately want a smoker. With my new-found love of
sausage I'd like to do some of the smoked varieties.
As well as maybe making my own hams and bacon.

Apartment complexes frown on large amounts of smoke
coming from their garages.
