One of the perks Ansteorra offers to its officers at all levels is an
office-related email account. This allows officers to be able to easily
maintain official correspondence, making the transition to a new officer
all that much easier. Having a standardized email address is also easier
for everyone to remember, and doesn't require special permission to be
published in a newsletter or on a website.

Effective as of this most recent Round Table, July 18, the Kingdom
Seneschal is requiring all branch seneschals to transition to the official "
seneschal at branchname.ansteorra.org" email address. This transition is to
occur within six months.

Many groups are already using branchname.ansteorra.org email addresses. If
your group has not yet transitioned, the seneschal should email
serveradmin at ansteorra.org and we can get started.

If you are an officer and think your group has such accounts but you do not
have access to yours, please emailserveradmin at ansteorra.org and cc: your
upline officer and we'll get it sorted out.
