[Sca-cooks] ISO Hints for Teaching at Pennsic

I don't post on this list too often as I'm new here and just at the
beginning of my SCA/Culinary career.

I attended a 2 separate cooking classes in the A&S tents and both class
instructors had Coleman type stove in the tent.  Is that a new rule??
Because I was considering forming and teaching a class myself next year.
